Deep fryer - Multi-cooker - Steams, stews, roasts, broils and deep fries. Adjustable temperature control. Frying basket with metal handle. Non stick inner pot and a tempered glass lid. Haven't tried it out yet but I'm anxious too. My life long search for the perfect french fry may have finally ended.
